In diploma thesis I deal with project proposal for selected company using theoretical knowledge, methods and tools of project management. The first part describes the basic terms of the project and project management, and then the project phases. In the second part of the thesis I deal with the analysis of the company and continue with the proposal of the project of the implementation of the active access node in a particular place of the network.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the using of methods of project management in practice. In the first part of the work, there are the problem, the aims of work and the methodology of processing defined. The second part of bachelor thesis deals with theoretical knowledge of project management. There are mentioned key concepts for understading the substantiality of project management. The next part includes basic information about the company BM and it shows an analysis of the current state for a better understanding of the issue. The final part of the bachelor thesis deals with the proposal of the solution, which is the selection and the implementation of a wireless reading device with warehouse software in the company BM.

The Bachelor thesis focuses on the use of tools and methods of project management for the implementation of a new project in cooperation with a selected company. The theory of used methods and tools is described in the first part of the thesis and followed by a description of practical use in the analytical and proposal parts. Selected methods and tools are applied in practice in three phases of the project life cycle. The content of the Analytical part represent the pre-project part of the thesis with introductory information about the company and the project, determination of the goal and logical framework. The actual implementation of the project is described in the Proposal part of the thesis and includes project and post-project activities.

The topic of this bachelor’s thesis is the use of project management in practice. In the rst part, it is described the project management, project phases and other important information needed for project management. Next part focuses on the characteristics of company JONCKERS TRANSLATION & ENGINEERING s.r.o. and current status before the project proposal. Further is used of knowledge in project management to solving specic project in company. The main part of this thesis is therefore project proposal of automatic extinguishing system server room.
